We are looking for a competent and committed employee (m/f/d) as soon as possible as

ERP Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d)
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Your tasks:

  • IT-side management of our ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
  • Analysis of business processes and new requirements from the specialist departments
  • Conception and implementation of solutions in cooperation with an external partner
  • Designing efficient structures and processes and realizing potential for improvement
  • Supervision of 1st and 2nd level support and implementation of user training
    in our specialist departments

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of business informatics, business administration,
    equivalent training with an IT focus (IT / application development)
    or comparable qualifications as a career changer
  • Previous knowledge and experience in ERP and user support desirable
  • Ideally initial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Great interest in IT/ERP solutions
  • Strong communicator and team player with a sense of responsibility
  • Independent, structured and analytical way of working
  • Good knowledge of German and English

Order processing clerk (m/f/d) part-time or full-time

Your tasks:

  • Order acceptance, order entry, order processing
  • Coordinating and monitoring the scheduling of customer orders
  • Delivery bill and invoice creation
  • Telephone and written support for our customers
  • Close cooperation with the sales team

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training, e.g. as an industrial clerk,
    office management clerk or forwarding agent
  • Initial experience in order processing desirable
  • Confident handling of MS Office, ideally also
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Strong communication skills, motivation and ability to work in a team
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Good knowledge of German and English

Your tasks:

  • Receiving, checking and posting goods receipts and goods issues
  • Processing and administration of accompanying documents
  • Warehousing and sorting of goods according to requirements
  • Picking, packing, inspection and dispatch of the goods
  • Monitoring and documentation of inventories

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist
  • Practical experience in the warehouse and/or transport sector
  • Forklift license and experience in handling industrial trucks
  • Commitment, reliability and flexibility
  • Organized, independent and goal-oriented work style
