E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Shopify management & content maintenance: Maintenance and further development of our Shopify store
  with a focus on backend understanding, structured product data, content maintenance, discount campaigns
  as well as creation and optimization of blog posts and landing pages
  
• ERP processes (PlentyONE): managing content and processes at PlentyONE as well as maintaining
  and optimizing product data
• Marketplace management: Support and optimization of our listings on eBay and
  Amazon, including item maintenance, content optimization and ensuring data quality
• Communication & service provider management: management of external agencies, technical partners
  and service providers – from briefing and project coordination to quality control
• Interface management: close coordination with internal departments such as Sales,
  Marketing and IT to ensure the successful implementation of all e-commerce projects
• Email and social media marketing: planning, topic preparation and coordination of
  newsletter and social campaigns in close cooperation with external service providers and
  internal departments

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, a degree in marketing,
  project management, e-commerce or a comparable qualification with professional experience
• Experience in project management, ideally in the areas of online stores, ERP systems
  and marketplace management
• Practical experience in working with ERP systems, especially PlentyONE, would be a plus
• Basic understanding of e-commerce processes, product data management and digital sales channels
• Organizational talent with a structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoy working with service providers
• High service orientation and hands-on mentality
• Confident in using common office tools and online marketing platforms
• Good knowledge of German and English

Your tasks:

• IT-side management of our ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Analysis of business processes and new requirements from the specialist departments
• Conception and implementation of solutions in cooperation with an external partner
• Designing efficient structures and processes and realizing potential for improvement
• Supervision of 1st and 2nd level support and implementation of user training
  in our specialist departments

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business informatics, business administration,
  equivalent training with an IT focus (IT / application development)
  or comparable qualifications as a career changer
• Previous knowledge and experience in ERP and user support desirable
• Ideally initial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Great interest in IT/ERP solutions
• Strong communicator and team player with a sense of responsibility
• Independent, structured and analytical way of working
• Good knowledge of German and English
